DELIVERY OF GOODSDelivery of your new ready made blinds will arrive at your door within 7 days and customised ready made blinds within 7-14 days from receipt of your payment. Custom made blinds will arrive in approx. 21 days from receipt of your payment. These times are calculated from the time your payment has been finalised and you have been issued with a receipt / tax statement. This does not include weekends. Our factories use major transport companies eg. TOLL, NQX, TNT and their sub-contractors. Always inspect your delivery. Although the drivers are careful, accidents can happen. If your delivery is badly damaged and it is broken, please send it back with the delivery driver, so it will come back to the factory. If the packaging is only slightly damaged, please open your delivery with the driver, to ensure the contents are in tact. If they are not, please send it back with the driver. If the driver cannot wait, please ask for a written description of the damages with the delivery note and keep the boxes.Take a digital photo and email it to us. All deliveries are fully insured to your address only. After it has been delivered or left on your property, it is then your responsibility, as you are then considered the owner of the goods. All broken, defective, wrong measurement or damaged goods MUST BE REPORTED to NORRLIN'S www.budgetndesignerblinds.com.au within 2 days of receipt of goods, otherwise we will assume your goods have arrived in perfect working order and will not be held accountable for replacing of goods. If you have supplied us with the wrong address and your delivery is returned to sender, meaning us NORRLIN'S www.budgetndesignerblinds.com.au , your goods will not be re-despatched until a new set of delivery charges have been received to cover the costs of a re-delivery. THE FOLLOWING CLAUSE APPLIES TO NON CUSTOMISED READY MADE BLINDS ONLY. In the event you should refuse to pay the new delivery charges and then wishing to cancel your order, we will refund you the original price of the order minus an administration fee of $110.00 and the cost of your original delivery charge. Should your original order cost less than the freight and administration fee combined, you will not receive a refund. CUSTOM MADE AND CUSTOMISED READY MADE BLINDS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED DUE TO BLINDS BEING MADE TO MEASURE. OVERSEAS DELIVERIESYou may purchase our blinds from an overseas address, but we can only deliver the goods to an Australian based freight forwarding company in Brisbane. You will be asked to nominate the company, which you wish to use and once we have received confirmation of the company details, we can then deliver your blinds to that company. FREIGHT CHARGESFreight costs are calculated per blind. The following prices include delivery to your address and insurance. Basic minimum charge is $25.00 + gst for your first blind (WA, NT and Tasmania $35.00 + gst) and every blind there after is $9.00 + gst per blind Australia wide. READY MADE BLIND CUSTOMISING CHARGESWidth cut down is $27.50 per blind (if applicable) |
Our company opened up a new office in Brisbane city. The commercial building was brand new and of course did not have blinds. The heat from the sun was unbearable, even though the windows had a heavy tint on them. We needed blinds.
